Unfortunately no. We are located in Canada and because of this we cannot accept any foreign insurance. We will provide you with a proper receipt for insurance purposes. Your insurance company may or may not accept our receipts.
Canada Drugs is pleased to offer several convenient payment options. In order of preference they are:
Direct withdrawal from a checking account: This avoids the high processing fees credit card companies charge us for processing credit cards. Patients are also not forced to pay international transaction fees on top of their order costs (usually 1%-5%).
Personal Check/Money Order: This is a tried and trusted method of payment. Checks cannot be hacked and are very secure. Patients who wish to pay by check may do so provided they provide us with a form of government issued ID, ex. a driver's license number or passport number. If you are willing to provide this information Canada Drugs will grant you credit on your account and ship your order before receiving the check. This ensure you get your medication as soon as possible.
American Express: American Express is accepted by all of our pharmacy partners.
Visa/MasterCard: Canada Drugs understands that many patients prefer to use their Visa or MasterCard credit cards to pay for their orders. It is important to remember that these cards are not accepted by all our pharmacy partners. Your patient service representative will inform you if paying by Visa or MasterCard is an option for your particular order.
Check Finance Plan: If the cost of buying a three month supply is too high to do in one lump sum, you can take advantage of our check finance plan. You would send us three checks, each for one third of the order amount. The first check would be dated for deposit right away while the second would be dated for one month later; the third dated for two months later. This allow patients to spread the cost of their medications over three months. Even better, no interest is charged.
Wire Transfer: For high value orders, i.e. orders over $1000, a wire transfer may be accepted. Once the order has been placed our billing department will email payment information to the patient to set up the wire transfer. If your order costs less than $1000 additional fees and charges apply.
Canada Drugs does not accept the following under any circumstances:
- Visa/MasterCard gift cards
- Health savings cards
- Flexible spending cards
- Coupons or discounts for local businesses or manufacturers.
No. We do not have all medications that are available in other parts of the world. We do have the majority of medications available in Canada.
No. We offer free shipping on all orders to the US, Puerto Rico, the UK and Canada.
Due to past difficulties in shipping to international addresses we are now charging a $24 shipping fee for all international orders.
At this time we do not accept credit card payments from the following countries:

FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF SERBIA

Yes. Under special circumstances we can support this method of payment. There may be additional fees and/or time required to handle processing your order, but we would be pleased to speak with you about it if you feel that this would work best for you. Please call 1-800-111-1111 to speak with a Patient Service Representative about this.
You have 90 days to return your medications, from the date your order ships for a full refund. We accept returns if any mistake has been made on our part during dispensing, or if any damage or issues occurred during shipping has affected your order.
To authorize a return, please call us toll-free, 24-hours a day at 1-800-111-1111 for instructions on where to mail the product back to and receive authorization for a refund of your shipping cost (up to $12.95 USD).
After your medications are received at the original dispensary (place your order was shipped from) you will be issued a full return credit on your account.
The coupons displayed on third-party websites are out of our control. Unfortunately many sites do not include the terms and conditions for using a particular coupon. Therefore it is up to our patient service representatives to determine if a coupon code is valid for a particular order. If there is a discrepancy between a coupon offered by a third-party website and us, our policies will prevail. If you have further questions about coupon usage please do not hesitate to contact us.
Generally speaking our busiest days are Monday and Tuesday. During these days you are most likely to encounter the longest wait times. If possible contact us Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday for quicker response times. This is not a guarantee, call volumes can spike at any time. However based on past experience it is good advice. As always we are open 24/7 for your convenience.
